Recently rennovated Soggiorno Pezzati Bed & Breakfast is located on the second floor of a 15th century building (no elevator) in the historic center of Florence, between San Marco and San Lorenzo, two districts lined with typical streets, family-owned shops, downtown bars and restaurants, and home to the famous San Lorenzo market.
The B&B is family run and has been personally managed by owner Daniela Pezzati since 1992. The six bright rooms, all with completely restored private bathrooms, are uniquely decorated and furnished with simple taste. The B&B is full of light and, because it’s in a limited traffic area, very quiet; the rooms face courtyards typical of central Florence, where you can catch glimpses of rooftops and gardens. Free WIFI is available throughout the building.
All of Florence's main sights are within a 5-minute walk from the B&B: the Accademia Gallery; the Uffizi; the Duomo; the Medici Chapels; the most famous mouments, churches, and squares; the Palazzo dei Congressi auditorium; and the Fortezza da Basso convention center, home to conferences and events like the Pitti Immagine Uomo Fashion Fair.
Soggiorno Pezzati’s location is also ideal for city or tour bus passengers, who wil find the main hubs in Piazza San Marco (150 meters) and Piazza Santa Maria Novella (300 meters).
You can arrive outside our front door by car... and for parking, we have a garage right in front of the Bed & Breakfast with special prices for our guests, ranging from €21-25 a day.
You can choose to book bed and breakfast, or room only. Guests can enjoy breakfast from their room at any time; you’ll find a continental breakfast tray, replenished daily. We are also available for museum and tour bookings both for Florence and other Tuscan art cities.
